When you’re ready, email me at goldandwats@gmail.com to begin your custom photo pendant.

In your email, tell me what you’re hoping for and attach the photo you’d like placed inside the necklace. The clearer the photo, the better. If you feel comfortable, share a little about them, too. Their name. Your favorite memory. Anything you want me to know while I’m creating your piece. I read every message personally.

Once I receive your photo, I’ll create a preview of your pendant and email it to you for approval. This is your moment to look it over and make sure it feels right. After you approve the preview, payment can be sent through Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay. Then I begin carefully crafting your necklace.

If the pendant style you choose is in stock, the turnaround time is typically 5–7 business days. If you’re local to Provo, Utah, free pickup is available once your necklace is ready. If you’re within the U.S. and need shipping, please allow an additional 5–7 business days for delivery.

Shipping is $5 and includes protective packaging to make sure your necklace arrives safely. Orders over $100 ship free. At this time, we ship within the United States only.
