How It Works
Custom Photo Pendant
Ordering is simple.
First, you send us the photo you’d like placed inside your pendant. Choose one that feels like them — natural, clear, meaningful.
We carefully create a preview and send it to you for approval. This is your time to look it over. To feel it. To make sure it’s right.
Once you approve the preview, payment is made through Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay. After that, we begin crafting your necklace with care and intention.
We don’t rush what matters.
Timeline
If your chosen pendant is in stock, your necklace will be ready in 5–7 business days.
If you’re local to Provo, Utah, you can choose free pickup once it’s finished. We’ll send you the details when it’s ready.
If you're within the U.S. and need shipping, please allow an additional 5–7 business days for delivery. Each piece is packaged securely so it arrives safely.

Standard shipping is $5 and includes protective packaging to keep your necklace safe during its journey.
Orders over $100 ship free.
If you're near Provo, UT, we offer free local pickup. Once your necklace is complete, we’ll send simple pickup instructions.
